All Whiskcam orders include free standard shipping worldwide. No minimum order required.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 2-3 days for tracking information to update after shipment.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of shipment, please contact us at support@whiskcam.com. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Reshipping due to address errors may incur additional shipping costs.
